ROMAN NOSE STATE PARK

Roman Nose State Park, named after a Cheyenne Chief is a scenic retreat located 7 miles north of Watonga, Oklahoma. This park provides abundant recreational activities and a rich history.

You will never run out of things to do! Set amidst a beautiful canyon, activities at this state park include an 18-hole golf course, swimming pools, tennis courts, volleyball court, hiking trails, mountain biking, two lakes, trout fishing in season, miniature golf, canoeing, paddle boats, and hayrides.

The Shepherd Cabins site is conveniently located just two miles from the Park and the town of Watonga.

Currently, we only have one cabin available for rent and will have more available by the end of summer 2022!
