EVENTS NEAR WATONGA, OK.

The Watonga Cheese Festival started in 1976 and is hosted annually on the second weekend in October.

Aside from the obvious celebration of cheese around the globe, the Watonga Cheese Festival is a fun family-friendly event with activities such as pumpkin decorating, a dog costume contest, the cheesiest homemade t-shirt contest, a hot dog eating contest, and more!

The Festival will have food vendors from all over and beer and wine tents as well!
